Mission Statement
The Oregon Assembly during the Assembling Phase is to stand up The Oregon Assembly as a fully functioning, autonomous Assembly, member of the Federation of States, with full oversight and authority over our own jurisdiction in the State and International jurisdictions, while maintaining our membership within the Federation of States in honor and truth, upholding the Public (Common) Law, constitutional contracts, and international treaties and responsibilities to the reconstruction and execution of originally established American government on the Land and Soil Jurisdiction, according to the Federation of States Blueprint Outline and plan. The Assembly Phase is all about reconstructing the original American government from the ground up while under oversight of the Federation of States due to our contracts and treaties with them to be a member. Without membership, established in law and contract, there is no Union, and not supporting the reconstruction as originally conceived and implemented is an act of rebellion and treason. Therefore, The Oregon Assembly has this one and only sole purpose, other than international business handed down to us from the Federation of States.

This resource will allow you to educate yourself and others on exercising your rights and constitutional guarantees to protect you, your family, and your community. By connecting you to others around you, protecting your private property and earnings from unjust confiscation, and offering effective solutions to the demands of operating in commerce, you too can play a substantial part of asserting the rights of the people in order to create a thriving community as a whole.
We are Self-Governing Americans and Oregonians
We are peaceful law-abiding non-combatant civilians. We stand under the Public Law and The Law of Peace. We are owed all protections and guarantees. We are not Municipal citizens of the United States. We claim all exemptions. We are owed permanent, mandatory, protective injunctions. Our State Assembly is in Session and our State is enrolled as a State of the Union. There can be no Presumption of a Public Trust Interest. We have not subjected ourselves to any foreign law. We have not granted any Power of Attorney. We request and require Full Disclosure of the Case-Claim.
Government Power Structure
The “acting US Government” is a foreign owned and operated corporation and it wants to own you! When the power structure is inverted, a small number of people at the top hold all the power…instead of “We the People” where it belongs!
Birthright Political Status
The American States Assembly is working with Oregonians!
As an American you have, most likely, been mis-identified as a Federal Citizen and not counted as an American State National or American State Citizen.
Federal Citizenship is created by the Constitution(s) and therefore, Federal Citizens are not Parties to the Constitutions and have no constitutional guarantees — only “Equal Civil Rights” that can be suspended.
If you want to claim your “Natural and Unalienable” rights and property, you have to declare and record your political status as an American State National or American State Citizen (that is, a Member of your lawful Oregon Assembly) and you cannot act as any kind of Federal United States Citizen at the same time as you participate in your State Assembly.
A large portion of your government has been “missing in action” and awaiting “Reconstruction” since the Civil War. This work can only be accomplished by properly organized State Assemblies populated by American State Citizens. The Oregon Assembly will help you correct your status.
